In the limited photo you appear to be young and beautiful, a very good combination.  The area that you are concerned with begins to appear as we lose boney volume. Hi, thank you for sharing your photo. From what I can see, the small dents next to your nose on the cheek are common and can be safely treated with dermal filler. Fillers work by adding volume and smoothing the area, which can make these indentations less noticeable and create a more even contour.

For this area, a softer, hyaluronic acid–based filler is usually recommended. These fillers integrate well into the tissue, giving a natural, subtle lift without looking “pillowy.” The key is precise placement and using just the right amount to maintain a natural appearance while filling the dents.
