Can i decrease my nasolabial angle without changing my nose , the only thing that bothers me is the way the lip is conected to the columella and does that obtuse angle

HiIts good that you know what you are looking for.  Yes, the nasolabial angle can be decreased, this will change your nose so it is important when you speak with your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon that you discuss what you do not want changed.  Be very clear about what you are looking for with your surgeon so the two of you are on the same page.  Good luck!
