Combining procedures: fillers, nova thread PDO, and fraxel laser. Order and interactions.

Thanks for your question! I would caution you with the Novathread. There is a good likelihood you will be disappointed in the results. Filler and laser treatments can have excellent temporary results when appropriately used. It can certainly be confusing as a cosmetic patient trying to sift your way through with all the marketing, branding and options! Best wishes and warm regards.

We often combine these procedures on the same day. For smile lines, I recommend a combination approach. I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert.
