What can i do to get rid of the shadows around my mouth? (Photos)

it loks like you have some hyperpigmentation, possibly hair that could be removed, and some fillers can be used to improve the shadowing here. I suggest a combination approach by an expert.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Thank you for your pictures and questions. The shadows are a result of lighting and contour. Your lips are very full with your upper lip being not as full, so when light is shining from below, the pink portion of the lip overshadows the white upper lip. The options to treat this would involve changing that dynamic which would include decreasing the size of the pink lip or increasing the size of the white lip. The concern is that overfilling the white portion of the upper lip can provide an unnatural result. I would encourage you to discuss your concerns with a local board certified plastic surgeon.Good luck!
