Are there any surgeons in Los Angeles that can achieve this amount of forehead filler with a safe filler? (Photos)

Thank you for your pictures and questions. I think that while this is not a common procedure, there are several shortcoming to filler in this area. The first is that it is going to take a large amount of filler which is going to be rather expensive. Furthermore, the fillers are temporary and will need to be repeated over time to maintain the results. I would suggest you consider a more permanent solution such as bony surgery, an implant, or possibly fat grafting. Make sure you see a local board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options.Good luck!

It's difficult to determine how much filler is needed, but this can be accomplished with filler. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Hyaluronic acid based fillers such as Restylane can be  injected into the forehead in patients with volume loss.  I recommend you see an experience injector for an in person consultation and treatment recommendations.
