CO2 laser treatment after kenalog steroid injections for scar?

my scar has developed thick lumps under the skin after 2 revision. Its not the raised scar which are on the surface of the skin. Mine is internal fibrosis lumps caused by trauma.after kenalog injections, the lump got smaller. Iwant to have co2 laser to address texture issues after the bump totally flattened. Iknow fibrosis are overproduced collagen but I noticed all these lasers are used to produce collagen.im afraid having lasers done is going to give me my lumps back after i got rid of them

I have been able to succesfully reverse a lot of laser damage using other lasers in combination with PRP.  I suggest you see a laser expert.  However, your expectations should be improvement and know that a series of low energy treatments over time will be needed.  Best, Dr. Emer.

In my practice we use IV sedation for a full-face laser and an average cost would be $3600.00 with the anesthesia. So your quote seems very reasonable.

This can be improved but needs to be seen by a board certified and fellowship trained in lasers and cosmetics dermatologist.  For this i find that a combination of fraxel or clear + brilliant and microneedling with PRP help improve.  But without photos its hard to say for sure if this...
