Did I get burned with velashape ? Have I ruined my results? (photos)

It is hard to say exactly what happened. You may just be recovering still from Liposuction so you may be tender, swollen and sensitive. The Velashape treats the area with heat, so you are red immediately after because the treatment is working. In my experience, waiting a little longer after Liposuction can help. If the redness has not gone down after a couple days, I would follow back up with the provider.

This looks more like heat sensitivity than an actual burn. It is pretty hard to burn someone with the Velashape III if you keep the head moving and don't "stack" the heat. It is possible that the cream that they used is causing you some sensitivity in combination with the heat. Velashape III should not be painful. It should feel hot but not painful. It is possible that you were extra sensitive to the heat after the lipo. 
I rarely treat post lipo with velashape, choosing rather carboxytherapy or thermismooth 250 or endermology to prevent or correct scarring, irregular contouring or lumpiness which are common with liposuction. These technologies are well tolerated post surgically and have the best impact on the outcome of liposuctioin. 
I would follow up with your practioner if  you  are still experiencing pain or redness in the morning or immediately if those become worse.

Judging by the photos, it doesn't look like an actual burn.  Most of that redness should resolve on it's own with time.
It's important to realize that with Velashape, the more heat that is applied, the better the results.  We let clients know that you want to go with just about as much heat as you can safely tolerate, since it's been shown that more heat = better results.  Once clients are prepared this way, they can handle the procedure better.
