The vella shape machine does not do this. It tightens the skin and removes fat as well. You need to continue with treatments as well. We have the new vella 3 machine that works really well and works for cellulite as well.
We have the vella 3. It gets much hotter and can heat the skin to the highest level getting better results. The vella 3 is really the best for skin tightening and cellulite treatment.
