Botox to treat hyperhidrosis in palms and feet?

I usually start with 50 units of Botox into each hand and between 50 and 75 units into each feet. This can be done in the office. And can provide a good 3 to 6 months worth of sweating relief.

Botox is an excellent treatment for excessive sweating of the underarms, hands, and feet. The average is about 50U per hand, underarm, or foot. Depending on the amount of sweating you may need more than that and it may require a couple of sessions before you get optimal results. Results last an average of about 6 months in my experience.
