I had scar revision on my upper lip a few years ago and was wondering how much laser resurfacing cost . The scar is like and inch and a half on the side of my upper lip.

Thank you for your question.  It would be most prudent for you to make an appointment with a well-qualified physician to perform your skin resurfacing procedure. He should thoroughly evaluate your problem, discuss your goals and recommend a treatment plan that is tailored to your particular skin. All lasers cost the same when purchased by the doctor but the results can be totally different from doctor to doctor.Don't discount your face - seek experts with years of experience.

The cost of laser resurfacing is dependant on the doctor doing the procedure and their expertise.  I sugggest only going to a laser expert who uses PRP post treatment for wound healing.  Often fillers in combination give better results.  Dr. Emer.

For scar revision using laser, it will likely take multiple treatments.  I would suggest Profractional treatment (Erbium:YAG).  For a small area, it would likely be 200/treatment.  Formal quote would be given at time of consultation, which needs to be done prior to treatment to ensure you are a good candidate.
