Would I benefit from Botox or Brow lift? here is a bump above my forehead, could that be an osteoma? (photo)

As a first treatment method, I would definitely recommend Botox (or similar Neuromodulator ) as you appear to have tonic contraction of the glabellar muscles (assuming you are not trying to frown in the photo) . Botox relaxes the muscle and prevents this and for patients with bulky muscles which I suspect that you have, in time the muscles also get smaller. Osteomas are not uncommon in the forehead region, however, they are actually bony growths on the surface of the forehead bone and as such they are not compressible. There are other skin lesions that can also occur so an in person assessment would be wise.

An in person evaluation is needed for the best recommendation. Botox can be used to help soften the appearance of dynamic wrinkles. It will not affect excess tissue. I encourage you to meet with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to discuss your concerns.
