Can BBL affect more my coxxydania?

After I gave birth 3 years ago I have tail bone chronic pain along with anus muscle spasms. So just wondering if I get a bbl will affect more my problem. I usually get cortisone shots. I would like to know if I decide to go with the bbl procedure should I get my cortisone shot before or after the procedure. Thank you, Grace
