Hi! I am 23 years old, and fair skinned. I am planning to get a breast augmentation with an areola reduction. Concerning the areola reduction, is it possible that I will lose sensitivity in my nipples. Also is it possible for my areolas to look natural post reduction? I am looking online and it is hard to find any photos. Thanks!

From the photos it appears you are a better candidate for a breast lift. This would raise the position of the nipple, remove excess skin, and downsize the areola. Because of the degree of ptosis (sagging) an areola reduction alone would not likely give you a good result. I welcome you to...
Without a personal examination it is difficult to give the best advice. In general,
Radio Frequency, and laser energy devices as well as chemical peels can tighten the skin and reduce fine wrinkling. Your doctor can council you which is best for your skin type and exam.
Areola size will vary from person to person. Yours look pretty proportional to your breast. If you are interested in have them downsized visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation. Here you can discuss your concerns and learn more about the procedure.
