What to do after picking the peel? (photos)

Hi, I did Vitalize peel on Monday, now it is Friday and yesterday I picked my peel. Now the skin continued to peel, but there is a clear distinction between where I picked (red) and where I didn't. Please tell me what to do not to get this worse. I'm using Effaclar H (La Roche Posay) and Panthenol Emulsion. What kind of behavior do you recommend now after I did the damage? (e.g. use some product, not go in the sun at all...) Thanks!

It is best to use sunscreen to prevent hyperpigmentation and further sun damage. Neutrogena blends well.
