Although genetic limitations are always a factor, healthy nutrition and exercise are always the first and best option. Beyond this, surgery with liposuction (aka liposculpting or body sculpting) is your next best option. would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is
most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of

If your inherent waist, without skin or fat, is larger than 23.5 inches, it cannot be achieved without significant weight loss.If your inherent waist is less than 23.5 inches, then liposuction may be able to get you something close to that.I try to never talk about or promise changes in inches. Patients are disgruntled afterwards much too often.Some patients have the potential to see a significant change in size and some don't.It's very individualized.
