Hi, yes you can have two times a week accent prime for skin thightening . By Accent prime you can get thinner. for one month 8 sessions will be perfect.

When I conducted the FDA trials for the Accent device many years ago, the protocol was a total of four treatments at one-week intervals for face and a total of three to six treatments at two-week intervals for body. Since that time, I have established that maintenance treatments are best administered on a quarterly basis to maintain outcomes.

For best results Laser Skin Tightening can  be done 2 weeks apart if it's with a Q switch modality.
The skin needs a break, doing it twice a week would not be beneficial.

I don't know of any studies on this question, but my opinion is that once per week is the most frequent that RF should be performed with the Accent XL.  Most protocols are every other week, but I have put patients on a weekly protocol with good results.
