I only have slight sculiosis which my doc said would affect the appearance of my breasts after surgery, but I never imagined it would look this off. I feel as though a different implant size was used in my right breast, but they are apparently both 350 cc's. It seems that the pockets were made differently as well. The right side feels smaller all around. There isn't any tenderness but it is slightly right her to the touch, and not as bouncy as the left. What should I do? Thank you.

Your implants being submuscular are indeed sitting on your ribs. Thereby they will move on your ribs with your muscle movements. That is part of all submuscular implants. Most patients get used to it but it does not go away. You do not need MRI.
