6 months post op and still uneven breasts. What should I do? (Photo)

Six months after Breast Augmentation, it's time enough to express a valid opinion.In this regard, after having analyzed all your info. and photos, i can realize that you have a breasts asymmetry as a result of a lower left pocket than the right.Therefore, im my practice I correct this asymmetry leveling the right pocket with the left, and leaving the same implants.Often a simple solution solves a big problem...Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Thanks for your question. There might be some anatomical asymmetry coming into play, which is difficult to correct, but it is impossible to assess without pre-operative photos.You might want to talk to your surgeon about corrective surgery. All the best,Dr. JSB

It does appear that one breast is sitting lower than the other. This would be best determined in person with measurements. However, the lower breast could be raised, the higher breast could be lowered, or do both. It would depend on your preference and anatomy. I would suggest going back to your surgeon and discussing your concerns.

You are correct in the fact that there is a significant asymmetry.  In order to fully assess, you need to provide before pictures.  Even with providing before, pictures, an in person consultation would be best.  It does seem that additional surgery will need to be done to provide symmetry.
