It first I was going to do 210 & 240 (to correct the asymmetry) with a donut lift. But I really don't want to do the lift. So he suggested going to 275 & 300. I still want to have boobs in the "B" range. I'm very athletic and my personal style is to still maintain a smaller breast. I just want them a bit bigger, perkier and well better looking.Is 300cc going to make me too big where I look very hour glass?That's NOT me.I'm little want to still noticeably be. I'm terrified of getting C's or D's.

If you choose implants alone, no size will make you look like you goal. Although cup size can never be determined, you will not be a B Cup with 300 cc implants. You really need to hear this, because no one you've seen is being completely upfront about the fact that your goals are unobtainable, unless the right procedure is performed, a procedure you think you don't want.My recommendation is do the right thing or don't do anything. If you get implants alone, you'll be back for a reoperation as soon as possible. If you get implants and a donut lift, you still won't look like your goal photos, but perhaps you'll be less dissatisfied. Best of luck.

However, I notice a wide-set cleavage and narrow breast mounds, which would make it challenging to reach anywhere near your 'ideal' photo on the left. You will need a wider-base implant to fill in the cleavage region, but that would necessitate a larger implant that will likely get you into the C/D cup range. Another option for a small augment would be to perform body liposuction followed by conservative fat grafting augmentation of your breasts. However, I cannot tell based on your photos if you have much fat to suction, and any fat grafting will not address the wide-set cleavage that you have. I wish I could say there is a better option for you, but it is important to manage your expectations now rather than be disappointed later. Answer: You nipples are low Since your nipples are slightly lower than ideal, the smaller implant that you get, the better your nipples will be centered on your new breast mound; every 300cc takes you up one size. Either 275 or 300cc will look great on you.

Answer: Will breast implants ruin my natural breasts shape/size if I ever want to get them removed? It really depends on the exam, but just from your photo and wish photo I think you need a not very big but wide based implant, so that probably will require a low profile implant.
