I had Juveerm injected 5 days ago, and didn't swell all that much. The swelling has seemed to fluctuate. Last night, I noticed they were sore, and I had developed a slight skin irritation on my lips. They also seemed more swollen than the day prior. This morning I woke up to no change in my symptoms. Could I be having a reaction? Could this be due to the fact that I drank alcohol last night? When should I be worried?

It appears that you need more filler for the area of the mid face. I would consider Juvederm Voluma for the cheek area. This should improve the appearance of the indentation. Best, Dr. Green
You have a very nice sized lips. I would definitely start with one syringe of Juvederm and assess the results. If you need more filler after a week I would have more Juvederm injected. Best, Dr. Green
It would be very helpful if you post before photos as well to compare. Unfortunately some of the lines that you have may require more fillers and laser treatments to correct and give you the results that you would be happy with. Best, Dr. Green
