I'm doing 4 top veneers. 1. My 2 front were "sticking out to the front" but it wasn't that bad before. 2. My 1st set of temp veneers, had the same shape as original teeth- the front two became really bold and the other were behind not equally. 3. In my 2nd temps: -in order to close little gaps-each tooth became huger("horse teeth"). -now all 4 teeth are "sticking out" but same level which look like my teeth are out of the mouth almost. I dont know what I can do/ask to make it better :( braces?

Answer: Veneer Temporaries Temporaries are a critical part of a successful cosmetic case. They need to be acceptable to you and as close to how the finals will look as possible, otherwise the lab will not have a blueprint to follow. Without a guide to follow you will get back what the laboratory technician feels looks good. Discuss your dissatisfaction with your dentist before the finals are made.

Answer: Correct position before veneers Before placing veneers it is always ideal to check the position of the teeth. If they are 'sticking out' or protruding, one should endeavour to align teeth in preparation for the veneers so that they do not look bulky but rather natural. The thicker the veneer the less translucent and the more noticable they will be.Invisalign should be a viable option for you before veneering your teeth. Although this will lengthen the process it will give you the best result achievable.Good luck
