Right now your BMI is 36 and it needs to be 33 or less, for you to be considered a good candidate for plastic surgery.
I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol.
I also recommend not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours, for the first 2 weeks, and always with the help of a boppy pillow. Remember that each doctor has their own protocol, it is very important that you talk to him and follow his instructions.

Everyone is different, but most people should be comfortable going back to work about 2 weeks after a combined tummy tuck and brazilian butt lift.  Dark spots on your back can be lightened through a combination approach of lasers and bleaching agents.

As for the BBL, you should have enough after losing some weight. It will also make you a better candidate for anesthesia. You should be OK to return to work after 3 weeks if you have a desk work, or if you do not plan to lift heavy. Seek a plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of these procedures, has great reviews and photos, and is an expert in this field.

You are a great candidate for an extended tummy tuck along with your BBL. The redundancy of tissue that you have over your lower back needs to be eliminated in order to make a significant reduction of your waist line. If your recovery period is limited to three weeks, you may want to consider skipping on your muscle plication and instead performing the extended tummy tuck which will not only remove the lower back redundancy but also lift up your buttocks and lateral thighs.
