I'm am 19 years old and my areola is puffed up. I don't think it could be gyno because it only puffs up for a couple of seconds, and it gets back to normal when it touches cold water or when I touch it with anything really. I'm not overweight really, I'm just normal. I could use more muscle but I don't know if that has anything to do with it. Hopefully, I don't need surgery because I don't think it's gyno. One second it's there and the other it's gone. I've had it since I hit puberty.
