I lost weight and feel I have sagging loose skin in neck and in my lower face. I had a mini lift but it didn't make a difference on lower area. I went back and the doctor recommended a neck lift but said that still wouldn't address the lines in my lower face. I included a photo using temporary face tape that mimics a face lift. This is the results I'm looking for permanently. I also include what my face looks like naturally. What surgical procedure would tighten this extra skin ?

Answer: Face First there is nothing to stop the aging process permanently except for death. With time, your skin will become more lose and you will develop more lines. Plus, when you smile, lines will form. For now, I would suggest micro-needling with radiofrequency, like Secret, to treat the lines and help tighten the face and neck.

Answer: Loose skin in the neck and lower face Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial photographs from all angles with your hair,] pulled back behind your ears to make a determination about being a candidate for a full face/neck lift procedure. A mini facelift gives mini results, so it's important to keep that into perspective. The goal of a lower face and neck lift procedure is to accomplish tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening loose facial and neck muscles, tightening and lifting the jowls, along with removing a fat deposit in the neck located both above and below the platysma muscle in addition to performing a platysma plasty to significantly improve your jawline. Study your prospective surgeon's before and after facelift photo gallery, which should be extensive with results that look very natural.
