I'm using ivermectin cream since a year 1/2 for my Rosacea and it's working 100%. A few months ago, i developped closed comedones on the sides of my chin only which become big cysts regularly... No pustule, no papules, just big cysts... Can I continue ivermectin cream while being under accutane since it works really well for my Rosacea? If not, will my Rosacea become worst without it? And will it get worse with my acne at the beginning of accutane if only having one cyst each 1 month 1/2?
