Can I use cleaning pores strips while using isotretinoin?

I'm on my 3rd week of my isotretinoin course. And I noticed that my black and white heads are becoming more visible. Can I use pores strips to get rid of them. Or, should I leave them and wait for medication do its work

I wouldn't use the pore strips while on accutane as it is possible they could actually harm the area.  Accutane really makes your face sensitive and this could be something that is bad if you try to use the strips.  Good luck!

More likely than not, it seems that the isotretinoin is doing its job, and doing it well. I would recommend letting the medication do its work. By expressing inspissated contents, the sebaceous glands are performing a "cleanse" that may not benefit from help using pore strips.
