Long upper lip and no tooth show 4 months after rhinoplasty. Is there a way to fix this?

Long upper lip and no tooth show looks like it is due to loss of tip projection. If no improvement by 10 months see a revision rhinoplasty surgeon who has experience. 

Tooth show is an attribute of youthfulness and is acceptable when it is 2 - 4 mm at the central incisors (tooth #8 and 9). If you have lost tooth show after rhinoplasty and swelling has resolved from the operation, it may be reconstructed through different types of lip surgery such as vermillian or subnasal advancement. I would speak to your surgeon about this or seek further consultation. 

Loss of tooth show and a longer upper lip after a rhinoplasty could be a temporary effect due to swelling and muscle dysfunction. This may or may not resolve but I would not consider anything until you are closer to 9 to 12 months after surgery. It could also be a sustained effect from muscle release from the anterior septal work. Options include a subnasal lip lift or an upper lip vermilion edge resection depending upon which is most bothersome. It would be helpful to see front and side view pictures, both smiling and not smiling.

I think that your tip looks nice from the profile. As for the tooth show, It may be related to swelling as well.  I can not tell from the photos.
