6 days is still soon after surgery, and there is a great deal of swelling that can affect the appearance of the final result. In general, it can take 18-24 months before the final result is evident. 70% of the swelling resolves after the first 3 months and the remainder goes down over time. I would recommend following up with your surgeon regarding any immediate post-operative concerns. He/she knows the details of your procedure and exactly what was performed. The nose would be expected to be significantly swollen 6 days after rhinoplasty, so the result cannot be judged at that point yet.  It will take 6-12 months for the swelling to resolve and then you would be able to see how your nose will look.  

6 days is too soon to make any judgments about the quality of the surgery and the nature of the outcome.  even at one month, there is still swelling that makes it hard to judge.  the think the first time it is reasonable to form an solid opinion is about 3 months.

At six days after a rhinoplasty, you are more than likely very swollen. The more drastic the changes that were required, the more likely you will notice it right away. More subtle changes can take months to see.

At 6 days post-rhinoplasty, I would expect you to still have swelling.  Every day a bit more of the swelling will resolve.  Give it time...it can take months for this swelling to completely subside.  Follow your doctors instructions to get the best outcome.
