Hi Jordan,Smoking weed is not encouraged immediately before or after any operation. It should not deform the nose after septoplasty. Studies have not been performed to determine if it will delay the healing process, but we do know that it will give you the munchies and increase your laughter while watching Cheech and Chong's "Up in Smoke". It is not a good idea to be smoking after a septoplasty for the first few weeks to allow good healing. The smoking will not affect the shape of the nose.
