How long will 1 syringe of Juvederm last in the nose?

The non-surgical nose job is an excellent option for bumps and hooks on the bridge of the nose. It is not as good for correcting droopy tips as though it may correct the droopy tip, it will tend to make the nose look larger. I use Juvederm Ultra Plus XC when performing non-surgical nose jobs. This lasts anywhere from 6-12 months depending on each person. I agree that if your nose is bothering you that much that you consider hyaluronidase injections. This will quickly dissolve the Juvederm. Good luck!

Hyaluronic acid fillers like Juvederm can be great alternatives for non-surgical rhinoplasty.  They typically last approximately 6-12 months.  They can be used to smooth dorsal humps, raise a drooping tip by adding projection, and contour smaller areas.  If you are not happy with the results that you recently received, your surgeon can inject hyaluronidase to help you return to your pre-injection state.

Juvederm and other fillers are great alternatives for non-surgical rhinoplasty.  In most cases, the fillers last between 8 months and 1 year.  Some patients last longer and some shorter, just like fillers in other parts of the body.  A newer filler, Voluma, has been shown to last up to 2 years in other parts of the face, but there are no specific studies in the nose.  The great advantage to an HA filler is that a natural enzyme, hyaluronidase, can be injected to melt the filler if you do not like the results.  So, I would recommend you discuss with your doctor melting the filler if you do not like the results.Good Luck.

Fillers tend to last for quite a while when injected in the nose for a non-surgical rhinoplasty. In most of my patients, Juvederm tends to stay in the nose for approximately 9 months to one year. Sometimes it can last for up to a year and half. If the appearance is bothering you, you might wish to consider having some hyaluronidase injected in the area which will dissolve out the filler.
