I recently (2wks) had laser skin resurfacing with and some fillers for my eyes and labial folds. My eyes however are still very sensitive and it looks like I have liquid filled sacs under my eyes. Is this normal

Answer: Swelling after Laser The swelling can be both from the injection and laser. Swelling will settle on its own but some things you can avoid to promote quicker healing time is no cardio and salty foods. Sleeping with a couple pillows at night will also help the swelling go down.

Answer: Swelling and lasers We do need more history - namely the type of laser, the settings, and timing of your fillers, additionally before and after will help. We also need to know the type of filler, the location, technique and amount used. Swelling can be normal -- but this usually settles by week 2. Speak to your specialist should you have any concerns, as he or she will have all these details. Dr Davin Lim. Brisbane. Australia.
