I had tumescent lipo to my back 3 months ago and a BBL. My bra fat is back. Is it possible I gained the fat back?

You still have some swelling in that area for about 3 more months. However, you are probably out of your compression garment and now notice it more. If you gained weight since surgery, please lose the weight. Otherwise, be patient and let the swelling subside. Please discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

Bra fat or back rolls. Many times the rolls also are formed because of loose skin. The fat can be suctioned. If you gained weight, it could be the problem or it also could be residual swelling.
