My left eye looks so different than my right. Especially when I smile. What are my option? (photos)

I’m only 32. The past few years I notice that my eyes and face are less symmetric. Why is that? I really hate photos of myself when I am smiling because it is especially noticeable. Why is this? What can be done to help my face and eyes look more balanced?

There are probably hundreds  of individuals that have asked the exact same question here on real self. My eyes do the same thing when i smile. There is always a slight difference from one eye to another. That's what makes us all unique and beautiful.

The only thing that is noticable on you smileing face is roundness and relatively small, pointed chin. Change of the chin shape with small implant, fat frafting, filler, may be the only change you need. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different. What we can fix the the asymmetry eyebrows, only FOREHEAD LIFT (ENDOTINE) can fix it. Also you need full incisional double eyelid + ptosis correction to correct your minor ptosis and make your eyes bigger and fresh.
