I was attacked 5 weeks ago, I don't remember anything about the actual incident i had punches or maybe even a weapon to my face and it produced a serious cut to the side of my right eye that did not get stitches. As it's healed it's produced a scar with webbing pulling the end of my eyelid and the top of my cheek together. The drooping above the eyelid does not appear to be getting better and is maybe permanent so would eyelid surgery on this area fix this? Photos show both sides

I would certainly avoid a brow lift. A bleph on one side will take you closer to symmetry but possibly not exactly there. Hope this helps. Nick Koutroumanos
