As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. I typically combine this with Ultherapy and thread lifting to lift the brow; RF and skin tightening laser treatments to stimulate collagen production and rejuvenate the skin; and laser or superficial RF devices for improvements in texture, color, and any crepey skin around the eyes as needed. In some cases, surgery is the best solution to achieve the desired results. See an expert for a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
I would recommend a direct brow lift and upper eyelid blepharoplasty. I would highly recommend seeing a board eligible or board certified plastic surgeon for a physical exam and accurate analysis with safe recommendations for potential surgical options. Best of luck!
Hello! This is a great question. The eyes are one of the first areas to show signs of aging. You would benefit from both a brow lift and upper eyelid lift because your lateral (outter ends) of the brows are drooping, along with folding/loose skin over the upper lid. These two procedures combined would give you a refreshed, youthful look. It depends on your own concerns and goals, but if choosing between one or the other, it might be helpful to note that the upper eyelid surgery typically does not require anesthesia. The upper eyelid lift scar also hides well within the natural eyelid crease, whereas the brow lift scars can be a bit more visible. I hope this helps!
Thank you for your question. Based on the photos, most likely a brow lift would give the best result. The brow in men rests lower than in women, so it's important to be fairly conservative with how much lift is performed to avoid looking surprised or feminine. A combination of brow lift and upper blepharoplasty is also commonly performed. I hope this is helpful, and all the best to you.-Dr. P
You can benefit from conservative male upper blepharoplasty although partial brow lift can also be considered. Need more detailed and discussion to determine.
Both these procedures often work together to help provide a more rejuvenated appearance to the periorbital region. However, in this case, browlifts may cause noticeable scarring. For a conservative improvement, blepharoplasty is often a great starting point. An in person evaluation and discussion is needed to formulate the right plan for you.

For significant improvement, hooded eyelids require surgery if there is enough skin. For nonsurgical treatments: Radiofrequency (Thermage or Venus Legacy/Viva), injectable fillers, and a Botox brow lift can help contour the eyebrows and lift the eyelid skin. I recommend getting a formal...
You have some slight asymmetry of your brow with your right side being slightly higher than your left, however, overall, your brows appear to be in pretty good position. If you are detecting some excess skin of your upper eyelid, this could be addressed with a conservative upper lid...
