I had a root canal and crown on the number 2 tooth about a year and a half ago and have an issue that has gotten worse with clenching and is causing pain in the tooth. Is it possible to adjust the crown so there is no contact with the opposing tooth and also is it possible that Pressure from clenching on the tooth next to the crown can cause pain inthe root canal tooth?

There is a temporary cement you can buy at the drug store. Clean out the hole and make sure there's no food impacted then place the temporary cement on top. It's important to seal the tooth so the root canal doesn't fail. If you can't afford the crown right now, have the general dentist...
It’s difficult to tell, but it may be an abscess. The tooth may be infected. Need to have that fixed (if possible), but you may end up loosing the molar. Either way, make an appointment to see a dentist ASAP before it gets worse.
