Before starting my Invisalign treatment I was a patient at Steinway Family Dental Center strictly for my cleanings. The hygienists are all amazing. I started Invisalign on July 9th and just started my 6h week today. I can already see such an amazing difference in my smile. I didn’t think my teeth were bad to begin with but Steinway Family Dental Center was having an awesomely priced promo for Invisalign so I had to take advantage. I’m going to post my before pics and my during pics and will update my review when I am done with my treatment around January. I highly suggest Invisalign and Dr. Day for anyone who wants to correct their smile, it’s a great confidence booster and I’d recommend it fully. Dr. Day is fully knowledgeable and very patient with all of my questions, I highly recommend him as a dentist!
Dr. Day worked with great skill to transform my smile. He spent countless hours to achieve a perfect result. He created a wonderful cosmetic smile. He made certain that my new crowns looked and felt like my natural teeth. Dr. Day made me feel very comfortable during my office visits. He has a great staff with wonderful personalities.
Dear, Lfeij004- I believe that you may want to get a second Invisalign consult. The price you listed seems to be for a partial treatment, which may be why you'd be left with gaps. If you get a full Invisalign treatment, you may see more of the results that you are looking for. I hope this answers your question, Dr. Day Steinway Family Dental Center
Hi there! This answer depends on where you are located and what the average cost of dental treatment is near you. Your first step would be to have an initial consultation with a dental provider. They will be able to take x-rays and perform a full examination thus properly diagnosing what is going on. They will then be able to give you the best option for treatment. There is such an array of options for treatment that your best bet is to go for a consultation. Best of luck!
We recommend that our patients brush their Invisalign with their tooth brush and soap and water. We also give them Invisalign Crystals to put in a cup with water (enough water to subdue your retainers) with a pack of the crystals. Invisalign recommend that you leave your aligners in there for 15 minutes for optimal results!
You cannot take any NSAIDs while correcting your smile with Invisalign. This includes Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), Naproxen (Aleve). This is because sit has been shown through different studies that NSAID drugs hinder the chemical reactions that are necessary during the process of applying pressure to teeth. NSAIDs reduce the important part of collagen formation used in strengthening the body's tissue and periodontal structure rebuilding. Please make sure that you are only taking a non-NSAID pain reliever.
Hi, You should go and see your dentist as soon as possible. Neglecting something like this can potentially lead to other, more complicated issues in the future.
