How long after subcision can I start Accutane?

I had subcision done by my dermatologist and he asked me to stop my low dose of accutane a few weeks before and forgot to tell me when can i start it again, should i wait for full recovery? I take a really low dose to control acne/oil skin etc because my acne always leave scars behind (low dose accutane for this kind of problem is common where i live)
