One can have a rhinoplasty and a chemical peel simultaneously as long as you don’t do a chemical peel on the nose itself. If you’re doing it separately I would wait at least a month. Recovery from a real full facial chemical peel is usually about 7-10 days. The recovery from a chemical peel has more discomfort than a rhinoplasty which has minimal to no discomfort.
