terminalisation isn't a technical term but hoped someone could help. I have used minoxidil for 11 months to stimulate facial hair growth. Now i am aware that what i have done is not generally recommended and is merely at this point a state of self induced hypertricosis. I know of several people personally who managed to retain the hairs upon cessation due to the hairs being terminal. A large majority of mine are still vellus. Is it a case of waiting it out? Or are there steps i could take?

Answer: Beard Growth--See a Hair Growth Expert--prp and progesterone with minoxidil
Keratosis pilaris is harmless. If the itch, dryness which can be treated with lotions and lanolin, or if the appearance of these bumps bothers you, treatment can help. Treatment can ease the symptoms and help you see clearer skin. This is not a contraindication for hair transplants
The bumps you are referring to show up very well in the photo. It reflects that the grafts were elevated at the time the beard was transplanted and the skin healed elevated. There is nothing much you can do about this surgical error.
