On July 2016 I had a beard transplant that left visible bumps where the grafts were placed. Once a month they ask for photos update but the'r not telling me what to do with bumps. Lately she told me to buy a scrub to improve the healing but it's not working. Also the scars in my donor area are still visible! I did the surgery in Turkey but I live in UK, so we just text. They keep saying I must wait but the problem is that there's no improvement!! Could I solve that with a laser therapy?? Thanks

The
best way to judge when and how your beard will fill in is to ask the male family members when
they started to grow beard hair. Minoxidil
works by helping you keep the hair you have.
If you don’t have the hair yet, you have to wait for the hormones to
kick in to first give you beard hair.
It can take over a month for transplanted hairs to fall out initially, so not seeing any shedding at day 12 is nothing to be alarmed about. Using scissors should also be fine, unless your doctor has told you otherwise. As for the bumps, you need to see your doctor. Without a picture or any sort...
That should be fine to do at 10 days, but consult with your doctor. Excessively dry skin is unusual and your doctor should know about it. Plus, they may be able to suggest something to help relieve the dryness for you.
