Planning on paying for 8 sessions of the Gentlemax pro for my full body. While my legs, arms, underarms and bikini have dark coarse hair, I'm worried about the finer hair) but still visibly dark) if this could increase my chance of regrowth? In particular, I'm worried about my chest, face and shoulders - I shave them at the moment but it's not coarse hair - is this risking excessive regrowth because it's not as dark and already fine? Thank you for your question. Yes, you can have hair transplant in an area that has had laser hair removal. I recommend having a consultation with an expert in to determine the best treatment plan for you.
This can happen after laser hair removal, but will improve with more treatments. Keep in mind it will take a series. I typically have patients do every 4 weeks for the first 3 times and then every 4-6 weeks for 3 times after. See an expert in laser hair removal for best results. Best, Dr. Emer
