Side effects of finestride?

I've use finestride for three yrs and I quit using it 2 yrs ago when i see that my semen volume decreases and no orgasm so i set an appointment with urologist and he ordered me semen analysis, results showed low sperm count,what should I do?

This is an issue you need to discuss with your doctor.  The Internet is not a source of personal medical advice.There may the other issues you are not aware of.  Finasteride may have caused your low sperm count or it may just be a confounding factor.  You may have always had a low sperm count. If libido and erections are normal then finasteride is very unlikely to inhibit orgasms. Furthermore any side effects from taking the drug should disappear after ceasing to take it.Decreased semen volume is a recognised side effect but according to the Organisation of Teratology Information Specialists there is no evidence that taking finasteride reduces fertility.I suggest you continue to discuss your symptoms with your urologist so that a diagnosis can be made.

You'll want to have a  discussion with your urologist. Yes finasteride can reduce sperm counts, sometimes quite a bit. However, to date, it appears that sperm counts return to normal in the vast majority of men once the finasteride is stopped.  In fact, levels in crease markedly in men once the drug is stopped. As far as other sexual issues are concerns, you'll want to have a detailed discussion with your urologist about options.

That is a question you and your urologist need to discuss. I don't have any information on you other than your report of a low ejaculation volume which is common in finasteride users. Yo saw a urologist, and that was the right thing to do, so follow his adviace.
