Will taking Finpecia long-term have any effect on kidney in near future?

Hello, I'm 23, male. Was suffering from much hair loss... my dermatologist suggested finpecia and topical solution tugain 10%. Does taking the tablet finpecia life long has any effect on kidney? since taking any tablet lifelong is dangerous right? Please suggest what to do?

Minoxidil (Rogaine) will only work when you use it.  You will lose the hairs gained when you stop using it.  Once you restart the medication you may not regain the hair that was lost.
