Does using Minoxidil cause hair loss and regain at regular intervals?

I am a male and have been using minoxidil 5% for a year for hair gain and first was using regularly and then because of alcohol content which causes dry eyes. i started using one with aloe Vera for the last 6 months, but last couple of week i have been losing hair. even when i hold couple of hairs between my fingers it falls easily

Kidney damage is not a side effect of finasteride.  Ask your doctor who knows your personal medical issues.

Minoxidil (Rogaine) will only work when you use it.  You will lose the hairs gained when you stop using it.  Once you restart the medication you may not regain the hair that was lost.
