Is there anyway large and clogged pores on my breasts can be removed permanently? (Photos)

Other girls skin is clear. I have clogged and large pores on my breasts. I’ve had them before but became much more visible and darker once I sprayed perfume on my chest area a few months back and it caused a rash on my chest and breasts that was very red and caused my breasts to be pitted like peau d'orange. My doctor told me not to use any soaps and not to moisturise but the skin has become very dry and wrinkled. I’m so young and it brings me down. I don’t know what’s wrong with me. I also have hairs on my breasts.
