Hi, I don’t know the regulations in your place but first of all it is very well known that mixing PRP with lidocaine is not a good practice, lidocaine will destroy platelets and will make them ineffective. 
Obtaining PRP is a very delicate procedure as no one measures the actual platelet count in the end. 
When it comes to injection, no one knows the human anatomy better than a physician.

I got PRP filler mix with lidocaine for deep wrinkles. It was 6th time injection by RN, never seen by MD. When inject Rt upper eye:double vision, worst pain ever and start vomiting with almost lost conscious. Headed to ER by 911. CT, blood &amp; urine clear. ER Dr. kept saying it’s gonna be ok after pain subside and ignored my opthomolgist requesting. Rt eye is not reacted as Lt eye, even I have triple vision until now. PRP filler approved by FDA and PRP mixed lidocaine which can inject by RN alone?

I got my first treatment of vanquish and when I mentioned to the med spa that I have ParaGard IUD they said that it does not affect in anyway and that it's fine to do the Vanquish. So I went ahead not knowing that the manufacture mentions that one is not being eligible for Vanquish if they have a copper IUD. I'm a bit nervous since I'm feeling tingly and numbness on my left arm and face. Do you think it is related some how! Please help, need answers!!

Some places try to save money and store half used syringe for another customer, this simply is not ethical and it is bad practice of medicine. No matter what you do, when the seal is broken, weather you transfer it to another syringe or anything you do, you’re posing the risk of contamination to the syringe. I would not want to be injected myself with a half used syringe, no matter how clean the process is done, so I would not do it for my patients as well.

To answer your question: Infini won’t penetrate into the fat tissue, it’s max effect depends on the depth of the treatment which on the neck is not more than 1.5- 2 mm. Infin actually will tighten the skin, not making it more saggy. You may need another series of Infini or RF skin tightening like BTL Exilis ultra.

I Believe that the good fat under my chin/jaw was destroyed, and now the skin hangs! It wasn’t like that prior to the treatment. Should I go ahead and get it again ( infini rf)? What can I do short of surgery?

This side effect is not the most common but not uncommon as well, it depends on various factors: your age, history of acne, history of cold sore, depth of treatment, intensity of treatment etc. 
Talk to the provider who treated you and seek their help/ opinion. 
About IPL right now: that would be an absolutely not! You need to heal completely from these lesions to be able to get the IPL treatment.

Redness after this treatment is the most common side effect and actually happens to almost everyone. It takes time for it to go away, sometimes up to six months but some vascular laser can help speeding up the recovery.

How long does it take for CO2 Mixto Laser to heal? I did it exactly a month ago, the doctor tells me it's fine and that I shouldn't worry about, but I am starting to worry, it looks red like it looks on pictures I've seen on the web after two weeks of treatment - Is it possible to heal slow, it looks like its going to take another month to look more normal. Lasers are not smart devices, they just deliver energy to achieve goals we set for the patients as providers. in This case of hair removal, they go after pigment and deliver energy to whatever pigment they “see”. 
In your case since you have the most contrast between your skin and your hair, the laser, specially diode, is the most successful. Thickness of the hair is just one element out of four we have to watch in LHR, these four are: skin color, hair color, hair thickness and hair density.

I bought a package of 8 diode laser treatments. The technician saw my shaven underarms and said that my hair is too thick and the laser will not work for me. She then tried to sell me the "medical" laser that would cost me a lot more, or if I wanted to stick with the diode, I would need to buy at least 20 sessions. I decided to stick with the 8 session plan. I have white skin and black hair. After the first session I took a photo of the settings she used. Thoughts on effectiveness of settings?

Hello, Based on what I see in the photos those must be tiny ingrown hairs which you can get rid of with microdermabrasion initially and then laser hair removal permanently.

Other girls skin is clear.&nbsp;I have clogged and large pores on my breasts. I’ve had them before but became much more visible and darker once I sprayed perfume on my chest area a few months back and it caused a rash on my chest and breasts that was very red and caused my breasts to be pitted like peau d'orange. Hi, Since there is no solid data and evidence of safety of Botox during pregnancy/ nursing, it is not recommended to get it. You may use traditional rollers or sprays during this time.
