I don’t know the regulations in your place but first of all it is very well known that mixing PRP with lidocaine is not a good practice, lidocaine will destroy platelets and will make them ineffective.

Obtaining PRP is a very delicate procedure as no one measures the actual platelet count in the end.

When it comes to injection, no one knows the human anatomy better than a physician.

Some places try to save money and store half used syringe for another customer, this simply is not ethical and it is bad practice of medicine. No matter what you do, when the seal is broken, weather you transfer it to another syringe or anything you do, you’re posing the risk of contamination to the syringe. I would not want to be injected myself with a half used syringe, no matter how clean the process is done, so I would not do it for my patients as well.

To answer your question: Infini won’t penetrate into the fat tissue, it’s max effect depends on the depth of the treatment which on the neck is not more than 1.5- 2 mm. Infin actually will tighten the skin, not making it more saggy. You may need another series of Infini or RF skin tightening like BTL Exilis ultra.
