increased sweating of the nose area, or face, can be managed by doing conservative Botox injections in the involved areas. Injections have to be repeated every 3-6 months. It is an outpatient procedure. Find a local dermatologist with experience in Botulinum toxin injections. The results are excellent.

The best procedure at this time to treat hyperhidrosis is judicious placement of Botox. There are some new technologies that are being clinically tested and which should be available in the next 2 years for these areas of the body - stay tuned !

You are indeed very very lucky that anticholinergic creams are working- some patients with v severe facial HH don't respond to even 3-4% Glycopyrrolate. I agree that strategic placement of Botox is best. Nose no problem, upper lip- caution. Small units need to be placed and scatted. Best two step procedure as this can drop your upper lip.
