I want a rhinoplasty but would also like to make my receding jaw more forward and masculine. Although my mouth naturally falls open and I have a bit of a gummy smile, my teeth align quite well (I think – see photo) and I have no functional problems. I also don’t really know where to start in terms of who to see (orthodontist, maxillofacial surgeon or plastic surgeon). I also don’t mind having braces for a few years if it corrects my jaw. Am open to all procedures. Thanks for any responses.

The long term effect of botox can be a semi permanent reduction in the size of the target muscle. In your case, this may be a desired side effect. If you want to pursue a more permanent result, you can consider either shaving down the muscle itself, or a bit of the jawline bone where the muscle...
