Had a non surgical nose job. I was told it would last 6-12 months. It lasted 2-4 months. Is there anything I can do?

That said, HA injections in the nose tend to last for 6 to 12 months, or even longer. The best way to demonstrate that all of your filler has dissipated is to visit your doctor and look at before and after photos. Hi there!Thank you for your query. It is generally suggested that results of a non-surgical rhinoplasty will last 6-9 months. That said- the longevity of results can vary from patient to patient and also depends on the type of hyaluronic acid used. After a few sessions the product tends to hold for longer, however if you remain dissatisfied consider bringing this up with your practitioner.

Soft tissue fillers last a different amount of time in different patients... there are more permanent fillers available but also have pros/cons and other more permanent surgical options...

HA fillers are always temporary and depend on the brand used, where it is placed and each patients specific metabolism. 
Having said that, if my patient’s filler was gone 2 months after treatment, I would offer to refill at a significantly reduced cost as this isn’t what I would have sold them.
I would suggest getting back in touch with your original injector/doctor to discuss this further.

Each individual’s breakdown of dermal fillers is different it can be that your body processes hyaluronic acid at a fast pace. Some fillers last longer than others depending on the product. You should set up and in-person consultation with your cosmetic surgeon to figure out what options are best for you.
