I have used minoxidil (Regaine foam) for 9-10 months now with some good results. My hair density improved. I have thin hair but had no serious problem with hair loss when I started. I desired fuller hair since I have long hair. In general, I'm a healthy 26-year-old woman. Now, I'm considering stopping with minoxidil but I am concerned about consequences - will I loose my hair not gains only? Should I stop gradually? Should I start eating some other supplements? What is the optimal thing to do?
